The 2000 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows a big, rich expressive style, with complex flavors of currant, blackberry and mocha that lead to a long rich finish. This wine is true to its' Stags Leap roots with loads of ripe velvety tannins and a signature silky character that makes it very approachable upon release yet will continue to show complexities for the next 10-15 years.
